Futura have replaced their distribution with PC-PoS (UK) Ltd; one of the worlds largest suppliers of PoS solutions and peripheral equipment for retail, hospitality and leisure markets. Futura’s objective was to enhance their point-of-sale hardware offerings.The criterion was a hardware solution that offered performance, reliability and sophisticated technology whilst remaining cost effective. PC-PoS’ offering met the request… the DigiPoS PowerPoS solution was the perfect match! PC-PoS combined the hardware solution with a tailored selection of premium peripherals from leading manufacturers.
Value Add Services
The benefit of PC-PoS services was seen as a major contribution by Futura.The Total Services Programme, which consists of preparation of the solution prior to shipment, was regarded as extreme value-add eliminating this timely process for Futura.The procedure involved golddisking Futura’s software onto the hardware solution and various bench testing which was approved by the technical team at Futura.
Sales Product & Services Training
A comprehensive suite of training proved valuable for Futura.The training consisted of hardware sales training including features and benefits and full in-house technical training on the solution.This already proved fundamental with new sales, installations and maintaining the hardware.
